Policies at TAITH

Ethical Policy

As parents, we understand the need to be importance of sustainability and protecting the environment for future generations. At TAITH we are constantly working to keep ourselves in line with our business values and with our Green Growth Pledge. All the clothing items we use are WRAP (Worldwide Responsible Accredited Production) certified. We also ensure that our packaging is designed to be easily and responsibly recycled. We do not send paper invoices or return slips (unless specifically requested) in our packaging, all this information is sent electronically to you when you order. Our inner packaging uses recycled tissue paper rather than plastic garment bags. Even items received via our suppliers are mostly packaged in recyclable cardboard and without unnecessary plastic. As part of your order, you will also receive a small glassine packet of throw and grow wildflower seeds. Glassine paper is environmentally-friendly, it is 100% recyclable, 100% biodegradable – and it starts from 100% sustainably managed forests. The seeds will (hopefully) take and wildflowers will bloom. These are great food sources for bees and butterflies as well as adding a little more natural beauty to the world.

Delivery and Returns Policy 

Please allow between 4-7 working days for your item to be dispatched. Our standard shipping option is sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class. Domestic delivery usually takes around 2 working days after dispatch, for the standard shipping. If you need your items beforehand please contact us and hopefully sooner delivery can be arranged.

We accept returns or exchanges for up to 14 days after your order has been received. Please be aware that under no circumstances do we accept worn or washed items. Items must be returned in a resealable condition, completely unmarked, free from any odours and in original packaging.  Any items returned to us in this condition will be returned to the sender. Items received after the 14 days returns policy will only be eligible for a credit note, after 30 days will be returned back to sender. Our returns address is: 1 Dyffryn Teg, Rhuallt, St Asaph, Denbighshire LL17 0TA. If you would like to exchange your item, please send your item(s) to our returns address along with a returns note. Please remember to include a note to tell us your order number, name and details of your exchange. We aim to get your exchange out within 5 working days of receiving your item. 

If you choose to return to an item to us then you will need to pay for the return postage. We recommend using "signed for" post to be sure it arrives with us! Please keep how to the receipt as it is the senders responsibility until we have received the item. T-shirts alone can be returned to us as large letters, anything else as a small parcel. Please keep hold of the postage receipt until we have confirmed receiving it.  Once your item has arrived with us, your return will usually be processed within 3 working days (working days Monday - Friday). 

If for any reason you believe your item to be faulty, we are incredibly sorry! Please contact us via email: taithnw@gmail.com and return postage will be refunded on the order. Faulty items are accepted up to 28 days after the delivery date. £3 will be refunded on your account to cover the postage fee for a second class small parcel. (Please note that if you choose to send your parcel on another service then the additional cost will not be reimbursed.) Please keep hold of the proof of postage until the parcel has arrived back.

TAITH is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement. TAITH may collect personal and non-personally identifiable information about you when you register with TAITH or place an order on our website. Any personal information collected by TAITH may be stored and processed in the UK, where TAITH operates.
